- ATTENTION: the prices indicated above are valid for two participants.
- This package is not available on Saturdays and December 25th.
- A marriage license is required for legal ceremonies. Upon arriving in Las Vegas, you will need to visit the Las Vegas Marriage Bureau to pick up your marriage license. The marriage license fee is $102 and is obtained directly from the marriage license office located at 201 E Clark Ave, Las Vegas, Nevada. They are open every day of the year (including all holidays and weekends) from 8am until midnight.
- You will both need your passport or other photo ID (driver's license) to bring with you to the marriage license office to obtain your marriage license before your wedding. There is no waiting period (the license is issued immediately) and NO paperwork such as birth certificates or divorce decrees is necessary.
- You can complete the Las Vegas Marriage License Pre-Application online up to 1 year in advance. Your experience will be greatly expedited if you complete the online marriage pre-application form found here: https://clerk.clarkcountynv.gov/AcclaimClerkPreApp/Home/Index
- We recommend allowing a couple of days after arriving in Las Vegas before the ceremony in case of any requirements that need to be arranged locally.
- Once your marriage certificate has been recorded by your officiant, you can order your certified marriage certificate through the Clark County Recorder's Office. Most couples order their certified marriage certificate online upon their return home, as the officiant has 10 days to register the marriage certificate. While it is not mandatory to order a certified marriage certificate, it is highly recommended as it will be proof of your marriage.
- Participants MUST be at least 18 years old.
- External professional photographers and videographers are not allowed to take photos or videos on the premises.
- Only cell phones with cameras are allowed during the ceremony.
- Ceremonies can be performed in a variety of different languages but must be specified in advance and are based on availability: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian or Japanese.
- The package includes a luxury stretch limousine service. This service includes pickup from your hotel and transportation to the chapel. After the ceremony, drop-off service is provided to your desired restaurant or specific hotel (must be within the Las Vegas Resort District). The limousine can accommodate 6 people. If necessary, an additional seat in front can be used with the driver. Please note that sporting events and special occasions will cause road closures on the Las Vegas Strip and hotel accessibility will be limited or unavailable during these occasions.
Cancellation policies
Weddings are fully refundable if canceled 10 or more days in advance. Within 10 days of the date and time you book, we will honor a 50% refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows are 100% non-refundable.

- Is my wedding in Las Vegas legal?
YES! Marriages celebrated in Las Vegas are legally binding and recognized everywhere. Nevada's requirements for US citizens and non-US citizens are the same. For residents outside the United States, we strongly advise couples to check with their local government office for specific instructions regarding legal recognition in their respective country.
- What do I have to do to get married in Las Vegas?
You will need a marriage license issued in the state of Nevada in order to get married in Las Vegas. Vow renewals and non-legal ceremonies are very popular and do NOT require a marriage license.
- Is my marriage legally recognized everywhere and not just in the state of Nevada?
After the ceremony, your officiant will file your license with the Clark County Recorder's Office here in town, which grants legal recognition in the United States. If you are not a citizen of the United States and live in another country, you will need to present your license to the relevant agency in your respective country. We recommend contacting your local government agency to find out what is required regarding paperwork.
- Can we take photos inside the Chapel?
YES! Camera phones can take both still and video shots of the ceremony inside the chapel, as long as guests remain seated. Outside professional photographers and videographers are not permitted to take photos or videos on the premises. Only camera phones are permitted during the ceremony.
- How long does the ceremony last?
Your ceremony will last approximately 30 minutes.
