Please note: Within 24 hours of purchasing, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster: these will be your official tickets, transferred via Gray Line Orlando. You will need to accept the tickets on Ticketmaster to show them on your phone and join the group. Ticketmaster tickets will need to be scanned at the door, so check your email to accept them.

Useful information:

• We recommend dressing comfortably in layers and wearing comfortable shoes.
• We don't have live feeds for seat availability. Once you've booked, we'll try to secure the best available seats in your chosen section through our Orlando City portal.
• If seats are not available, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
• You'll receive an email to accept your tickets through Ticketmaster. We'll need the email address of someone with mobile access to redeem your tickets.
• Please note: For large group bookings, we cannot guarantee seating together, but we will do our best.
• The loudest area of the stadium is the fan section; seats in the surrounding corners offer the perfect balance between being part of the fun and not being overwhelmed by the noise.

Arrival advice:
Arrive about an hour before kickoff to clear security, find your seats, purchase snacks, watch the team warm-up, and prepare for the match. Gates open 90 minutes before kickoff.
The playing time is 90 minutes with a half-time break.
