- Please note that the Natural History Museum is free for everyone. This package includes a guided tour (exterior and museum introduction), reserved entrance, digital map, audio guide, and a donation to the museum. Tickets for special exhibitions can be purchased separately.
- Please arrive 5 minutes early and bring your own headphones.
- Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guide before arrival.
- Sharp objects such as scissors and knives are strictly prohibited.
- A cloakroom is available for storing coats (£3), umbrellas (£2), folding strollers, and folding bicycles (£4). Large bags and suitcases (£4-£5) are not recommended as space is limited.
The introductory tour is conducted in English only.
The audio guide is available in Chinese, German, English, French, Italian, Korean, and Spanish.
The children's audio guide is only available in English.
Meeting point
Guests will meet at the designated meeting point: Exhibition Road Courtyard, Knightsbridge , London SW7 2RL, opposite the entrance to the Geological Survey & Museum, under the large white arch marked “Victoria & Albert ”.
