Despite this strong connection to the area, until now there has never been a museum dedicated exclusively to these elite warriors.

REVOCABLE LICENSE – ACCEPTANCE OF RISK OF INJURY
By entering the Navy SEAL Museum San Diego (“Museum”), the purchaser and/or ticket holder (“Ticket Holder”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Acceptance:
The Owner certifies that he or she has had the opportunity to read and accept these terms and conditions for himself or herself and, if applicable, as the parent or guardian of any accompanying minors. The Owner declares that he or she is legally competent to accept these terms on behalf of minors and will be responsible for their behavior.
2. Limited License:
This ticket is a limited, non-refundable license granting access to the Museum. It is valid only for the date indicated on the ticket and can only be used by the Ticket Holder. The Museum may revoke this license at any time, with or without cause, and without refund. Refunds, exchanges, or readmissions are not permitted once the Ticket Holder has entered the Museum.
3. Assumption of risk and release of liability:
The Holder, for himself and any accompanied minors, voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, damage or accident arising from the use of this ticket, including but not limited to:
a. exposure to or infection with infectious diseases
b. personal injury
c. loss, theft or damage to personal property
The Holder releases, exonerates and holds the Museum harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of this ticket.
4. Photography and filming:
Visitors may be filmed or photographed during their visit. By using this ticket, the Holder irrevocably grants the Museum and authorized third parties permission to use the image, likeness, name, voice, and comments of the Holder and any accompanied minors for any purpose, in any media, without compensation.
5. Prohibited objects and behaviors:
No outside food or drinks are permitted. All people and bags are subject to security screening. Dangerous items—including, but not limited to, firearms, knives, other weapons, fireworks, flammable substances, lighters, or matches— are strictly prohibited . The Museum is a smoke-free, tobacco-free, and e-cigarette-free facility.
6. Personal photography:
Photos and videos for personal use are permitted; however, any use for broadcast, publication, or commercial purposes requires prior written permission from the Museum.
7. Restrictions on transfer and resale:
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or used for unauthorized promotional purposes (including contests, sweepstakes, or giveaways) without prior written authorization from the Museum.
8. Museum discretion and code of conduct:
Entry may be refused or the Holder may be removed at the Museum's sole discretion in the event of disruptive or disorderly behavior (including being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances), failure to comply with the Museum's Code of Conduct, staff instructions, posted rules, or safety procedures.
9. Full terms:
By using this ticket, the Holder also acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Museum's complete website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available at www.navysealmuseumsd.org . In the event of a conflict between the terms of the ticket and those of the website, the terms of the visit ticket shall prevail.
